Just wanted to give you a heads up. I visited my local FamilySearch Center to pull records this morning and discovered that there’s a glitch with the Catalog.
Records that are locked for us at home but those that should be available at the Centers are still locked due to either a backend glitch or copyright review that is taking place. The timetable for this to be fixed is at least 90 days, but it could be sooner.
The suggestion is to send over requests for records that fall into this category through the Remote Access Services Request on FamilySearch’s website. I’ll keep you all posted with updates.
